Pediatrics
COVID TESTING (Rapid/PCR)
As of March 23, 2022 Rapid Antigen Testing- 20 minutes for $30 copay, cash or insurance. If you have insurance, please supply a copy. PCR Testing (lab send off)-up to 48 hours for results. Cash payers must pay the lab fee of $100 upfront before collection with photo ID & social. If you have insurance, it is a $15 collection fee with your provided insurance card and photo ID.
Rapid and PCR testing available from open to close WITHOUT appointment needed. Just drive up and call 336-498-8500 to be tested.
